TechWriter supports Compiled HTML Help files as one of its output formats. To compile these files you will need to have the HTML Help Workshop installed. This software is free and can be downloaded from Microsoft's web site.
When you install Html Help Workshop you may receive a warning message saying that "This computer already has a newer version of HTML Help." If this happens, you can ignore the message. The compiler will still be installed.
