HTML Help 1.x (CHM) file does not display properly.
Cause:
This type of problem can result from the CHM file being located on a network drive
(see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896054) or the CHM filename containing a pound
(#) character (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/319247).
Resolution:
Both of these types of problems are known issues with Microsoft's HTML Help Viewer. Please refer to the KB articles mentioned
above for work arounds.
